The perfectly proportioned dining room is a splendid octagonal room and is ideal for entertaining. There are views from the magnificent windows across the ornamental canal and the woodland garden. The ornate 18th century fireplace adds a touch of grandeur, and the room is furnished with period furniture.The table seats eight people very comfortably and the hatch into the kitchen makes culinary logisitcs easy
Sitting Room
The wonderful octagonal sitting room overlooks the ornamental canal, the Park and the garden with three huge windows and comfortable sofas and armchairs in period style. The sitting room is decorated with a fabulous wall painting by Anna Clifford, and is a blissful room in which to relax – exotic in the summer and cosy in the winter. The room has an original open fireplace, and logs from the Estate are supplied during the winter months.
